By accessing Techloom.live or engaging Techloom for digital engineering, design, marketing, SEO, advertising, or AI services, you agree to comply with these Terms of Service. Individual Statements of Work (SOW) or custom contracts will supplement these general terms.
Techloom provides custom software engineering, website development, mobile application design, graphic design, video editing, social media management, SEO, Google/Meta advertising, and AI automation workflows. Scope, milestones, deliverables, and pricing are defined in written proposals or SOW documents.
Techloom builds high-converting campaigns and search-optimized platforms using industry best practices. However, no agency can guarantee specific Google search rankings, ad impressions, sales volume, or fixed ROAS. Search engine rankings and advertising performance depend on external market competition, keyword difficulty, client ad budgets, landing page conversion quality, target audience intent, and third-party algorithm updates.
Upon full payment of agreed project invoices, clients receive full ownership rights to custom graphics, code deliverables, and project assets created specifically for their engagement. Pre-existing open-source libraries, frameworks (e.g., Next.js, React, Spring Boot), and third-party tools remain governed by their respective licenses.
Clients are responsible for providing timely feedback, brand assets, product data, access tokens (e.g., domain DNS, Supabase/AWS credentials, ad account permissions), and ensuring provided materials do not infringe on third-party intellectual property.
Project payments are structured according to agreed milestones (e.g., deposit, mid-point preview, final deployment). Late payments may delay deployment or milestone delivery.
Techloom shall not be liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages resulting from third-party server outages, DNS downtime, platform policy changes (e.g., Google/Meta ad policies), or force majeure events.
